- To conduct incoming inspection using c=0 to reduce non-conformance from external providers/suppliers
- To reduce customers’ rejects by ensuring that only conforming parts are supplied
- To provide outstanding cost-effective customer service
- Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- To maintain the ISO 9001 Standard requirements and retain certification
